You may use HappyHorse AI for lawful purposes only. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased through our platform and are used to generate videos. Credits do not expire. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Refunds for unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase. Credit prices may change with prior notice.

3. Generated Content

Videos generated through our platform are created using AI models. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or publishing it.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you provide. For videos generated using our platform, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

HappyHorse AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
